Customers may only upload video clips they made or have permission to use, and only the movement in them is copied. If you believe content on VenusMaker uses your copyrighted work, send a notice through the report form, with:

1. the work you own, and where the infringing content is (item number or link);
2. your contact details;
3. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised, and that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

We remove infringing content promptly and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it shouldn't have been, you can appeal.
