Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your account details.
• Your personas and the images, videos and voice clips you generate. These are kept in private storage and served only through short-lived links.
• An audit log of generation requests, including prompts, kept for safety and legal compliance.
• Safety events, such as refused prompts and discarded outputs.

Identity checks

Account owners who unlock adult features are verified by our identity partner. From it we keep the decision, whether you are 18+, and a key derived from your document number (not the number itself).

Who processes data for us

• Our generation providers for images, video and voice.
• Face analysis for age estimation and identity consistency, which runs on our own servers or through AWS Rekognition.
• Cloudflare R2, for storage.
• NOWPayments, for payments. We never see your wallet's private keys.

Your choices

You can delete any item, or your account, at any time; deleting removes the files. Records we must keep for legal or safety reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
