Refunds & cancellation

Paying

Payments are taken in cryptocurrency through our payment partner, NOWPayments. Prices are shown in US dollars and converted at checkout. Credits and plan changes apply once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within minutes.

Plans renew only when you pay

Each plan payment covers 30 days and adds that plan's monthly credits. Nothing is ever charged automatically: 3 days before a period ends, a renewal link appears on your Plan & credits page. If you don't pay it, the plan ends after a 2-day grace period and you move to the Free plan, keeping your account and your content.

Cancelling

Choose "Cancel renewal" on the Plan & credits page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• Generations that fail, or that our safety checks discard, are refunded to your credit balance automatically.
• Credits you have used are not refundable. Unused credits from a plan carry over for one period; credit packs never expire.
• Crypto payments can't be reversed by the network. If you were charged by mistake, paid twice or underpaid, contact us within 14 days through the report form. Where a refund is due, we send it to a wallet address you provide, in the coin you paid with or USDT, less network fees.
