Terms of service

VenusMaker ("we") provides VenusMaker, software that creates AI-generated images, videos and voice clips of fictional adult characters ("personas"). By creating an account you agree to these terms, the acceptable use policy and the content & moderation policy.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live, and viewing sexually explicit material must be legal for you. Adult (18+) features need a paid plan and an identity-verified account owner.

Fictional personas only

Every persona is fictional: either a shared persona we provide, or a custom persona you design from trait options. You cannot upload photos of people, and you may not try to recreate any real person's likeness, by name, by description or any other way. All personas are adults, and every output is checked before you see it.

Your content and where you post it

You are responsible for what you generate and where you publish it. Everything made here is AI-generated and must be labelled as AI-generated wherever you post it. Platforms set their own rules (for example, OnlyFans only accepts AI content of its verified account holder), and each item's page shows where it may be posted. The Personal plan is for your own use only; posting or selling content needs a creator plan.

Credits, plans and payment

Generation is paid for with credits. Plans add credits for each 30-day period you pay for, and credit packs never expire. See refunds & cancellation for how payments, renewals and refunds work.

Enforcement

We may refuse, remove or discard content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, as the law requires, and preserve the related records.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
